Returns & Exchanges



Have a change of heart? Returns must be made within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. (Purchases made between February 16th and April 22nd, 2020 are subject to a 60 day return window)

RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN STORES

Select store locations are temporarily closed in response to COVID-19. If stores in your state are open, you can return and exchange online orders at your local store within the return window. If stores in your state are closed, returns and exchanges should be mailed back using the instructions below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are excited to be offering free returns via USPS while our stores are closed!

1. If you have an evereve.com account, sign in to see your orders. Click View Order to begin a return.

If you don't have an evereve.com account, you can look up your order using your email address or the shipment tracking number by clicking the Order Lookup button below. When looking up your order, be sure to use the same email address used when placing your order. Following this step, you'll receive an email with a unique link to view your orders.

2. Next to each eligible item, you’ll see a blue link that says “X days left for return.” Click this link and follow the prompts to continue or add more items.

3. Download the return label, and follow the instructions for shipping your item(s) back.

Once your return is received, please expect up to 15 business days for your return to be completed. Given the current circumstances of Covid-19, processing returns may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during this unusual time. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you purchased the item with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, mall gift card, or cash, you will be issued a credit in the form of an Evereve gift card which can be redeemed at an EVEREVE store, at EVEREVE.com, or Trendsend.com.

EXCHANGES

Popular styles sell out fast, so we encourage you to return your unwanted item(s) and order the replacement item(s) directly from evereve.com, rather than requesting an exchange. If you would prefer to have us process the exchange for you, please complete the returns process, and note the exchange request on your packing slip.

I’m under a stay at home order and/or do not feel comfortable leaving my house at this time. How can I send back my return?

Returns may be placed in your mailbox, or you can schedule a free USPS pickup here: https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm

I received a message that my return is pending approval. What does this mean?

When returning an item that is damaged or defective, we may reach out for more information before approving a return. Please watch for an email with questions or updates.

I want to request a return, but can’t print my shipping label right now. What should I do?

When you request a return and we generate a shipping label, the label will be emailed to you, so you can download and/or print at your convenience.

Where can I find my order number?

If you made a purchase online, your order number will be in your order confirmation email. You can click the link in any of your confirmation or tracking emails to start a return. If you purchased in store, your order number is the receipt number, listed at the top of your receipt.
