We offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $50 before tax. Please note: There is a $5.95 shipping charge for each pair of shoes ordered, due to size and weight of the package. Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail and gift cards are shipped via USPS standard mail. We do not ship internationally which includes: Guam, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders. If you would like to place an order using a Canadian billing address and US shipping address, please call us at 1-877-290-6262 ext.2. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST.
Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Order Status & Tracking
All orders are shipped via USPS.com Priority Mail, and can take 3-5 days to be processed before shipping. Tracking is provided in your account order page.

Have a change of heart? Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. Please note: We have extended our return policy during the gift-giving season. Purchases made between Nov. 1st – Dec. 24th can be returned by January 14th or within 30 days, depending on which is longer.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN STORES
Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition, including online orders, may be returned or exchanged at your local store within the 30-day return window. Return by Mail
We offer easy returns via USPS for a flat rate of $5.95.
1. If you have an evereve.com account, sign in to see your orders. Click View Order to begin a return.
If you don't have an evereve.com account, you can look up your order using your email address or the shipment tracking number by clicking the Order Lookup button below. When looking up your order, be sure to use the same email address used when placing your order. Following this step, you'll receive an email with a unique link to view your orders.
2. Next to each eligible item, you’ll see a blue link that says “X days left for return.” Click this link and follow the prompts to continue or add more items.
3. Download the return label, and follow the instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
Once your return is received, please expect up to 15 business days for your return to be completed. Given the current circumstances of Covid-19, processing returns may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during this unusual time. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you purchased the item with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, mall gift card, or cash, you will be issued a credit in the form of an Evereve gift card which can be redeemed at an EVEREVE store, at EVEREVE.com, or Trendsend.com.

Popular styles sell out fast, so we encourage you to return your unwanted item(s) and order the replacement item(s) directly from evereve.com, rather than requesting an exchange. If you would prefer to have us process the exchange for you, please complete the returns process, and note the exchange request on your packing slip.

When returning an item that is damaged or defective, we may reach out for more information before approving a return. Please watch for an email with questions or updates.
When you request a return and we generate a shipping label, the label will be emailed to you, so you can download and/or print at your convenience.
If you made a purchase online, your order number will be in your order confirmation email. You can click the link in any of your confirmation or tracking emails to start a return. If you purchased in store, your order number is the receipt number, listed at the top of your receipt.
