We are committed to improving the level of diversity in our marketing and promotional materials by expanding BIPOC and size-diverse representation across every channel–from our website and emails to our influencer partnerships and social media accounts.
In an effort to build teams that will more accurately reflect the diverse markets we serve we are actively seeking to hire and retain diverse talent in all areas of our company, including our home office, our warehouse, and nationwide in our stores.
We are empowering our team members to share feedback and create a stronger culture of inclusion by establishing a Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council and implementing Diversity & Inclusion training within our home office, warehouse, and store teams.
