"When I bought this sweater, it was so soft and adorable. I wore it once, had it dry cleaned per the instructions, and it shrunk to the point where I can no longer wear it. After contacting Evereve twice, including before and after pictures, they refused to return or give me a refund for the item. They have lost a long-time customer. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a large company."

"Loved this sweater when I first bought it. After washing and laying flat to dry, it shrunk significantly. It was slightly cropped before but is now almost unwearable due to the shortened length."
Great sweater but very cropped
"Super soft and cute sweater. Like most tops from the "Evereve" brand it runs short lengthwise (even for a crop). If you have a slightly longer torso this will run uncomfortably short. Sized up and kept it for family pics but will not be the go to I hoped because of length."
