"When I bought this sweater, it was so soft and adorable. I wore it once, had it dry cleaned per the instructions, and it shrunk to the point where I can no longer wear it. After contacting Evereve twice, including before and after pictures, they refused to return or give me a refund for the item. They have lost a long-time customer. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a large company."
