Trendsend is a personal styling service created by EVEREVE to bring the styling experience in EVEREVE stores to the comfort of your home.
Your expert personal stylist will create a Trendsend box just for you based on your style, body type, and lifestyle. You can choose to have your Trendsend box shipped to you every month, every other month, or quarterly.
Once you receive your items, you decide what you love, and send back anything you don't want. You can submit feedback after each Trendsend, which helps us send you better and better outfits every time! Visit Trendsend.com to learn more.
Due to our quick turnaround on shipping, unfortunately our Care Team is unable to cancel or modify orders at this time. Please find instructions on our Returns & Shipping page for initiating a return once the item is received.
We are happy to provide price adjustments on full-priced items that have been purchased within 10 days of the request. If an item was initially purchased at any discount, it is not eligible for a price adjustment. Contact us to start a price adjustment.
- Purchases placed during Companywide Sales, Store Specific Sales (Grand Opening/Anniversary Sales), store Style Socials, and Daily Deals will not be eligible for a subsequent Price Adjustment.
- Purchases with EVEREVE Rewards coupons, Birthday Reward coupons, discount codes applied (including Trendsend 4+ discount), or previously marked down items, will not be eligible for a subsequent Price Adjustment.
- Price Adjustment requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the original purchase date with the original receipt/order number.
- We do not offer price-matching of competitors’ pricing or promotions.
- We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your approved Price Adjustment request to be completed. All Price Adjustments will be processed back to the original form of payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EVEREVE gift cards, Shop Cash and Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You can find all options on the checkout page when making your purchase.

Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all purchases over $50 before tax.
There is a $6.95 shipping charge for each pair of shoes ordered.
All packages are sent by USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage. Expedited or express shipping is not available.
Gift cards are shipped via USPS Standard Mail.
For in-store pickup, select this option during checkout. All items must be available at the same location.

We do not ship internationally, which includes: Guam, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders. For Canadian customers, we can accept your order as long as we can ship it to an address in the United States. If you would like to place an order using a Canadian billing address and US shipping address, please call us at 1-877-290-6262 ext.2. We are available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CT.
To check the status of a shipment, visit the Order Status page and enter the email address and zip code you used to place the order. You can also check email communication received regarding the shipping & delivery status of your order.
There is a $6.95 shipping charge for each pair of shoes ordered, due to size and weight of the package. Shoes are subject to this shipping fee even if the order total exceeds $50.
You may receive your order in more than one package. If an item is unavailable to be shipped, we will contact you and credit you for your purchase.
Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item's delivery date. Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a credit on an EVEREVE Gift Card.
EVEREVE reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be returned to customers. A pattern of atypical or excessive returns may lead to purchase or return restrictions in our stores or online. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
NOTE: Gift Cards may not be returned. All intimates and tights are final sale, excluding bodysuits. Returns of merchandise purchased with both a gift card and another payment method, will be refunded to the gift card first, until the gift card balance is fully refunded, then any remaining refund amount will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or cash) used for the purchase.

If you are returning an item that you paid for using Shop Cash, the Shop Cash is returned to your balance. However, expired Shop Cash is not returned and may lead to a negative Shop Cash balance if associated with a refunded order. To view your balance and details, sign in to the Shop app. Any questions regarding the usage of Shop Cash should be directed to the Shop App customer support team link found in your Shop app.

Yes! Click on the color and size for the item you want. Under the "Add to Bag" button, there is an option to "check other stores". Click on "check other stores", enter your zip code, and hit search to see a list of stores near you and which of those stores has your item in stock.
Yes! Add items to your shopping bag and head to Checkout. There you’ll see an option to Pick up in store and can select from a list of stores near you. In order to be eligible for pickup, all items in your shopping bag must be available at the same store.
You’ll get an email when your order is ready to be picked up within 2-4 days (usually sooner). Once ready, orders will be held in store for 5 days, after that your order will be canceled.
If your order is unable to be fulfilled due to inventory, we will notify you and credit your purchase.
