Floor Sample Received
"Comfortable shoe, cute, and will go great with multiple outfits (work, casual). Paid attention to reviews and ordered half size down. Good thing! But, here’s the bad thing… I obviously received the floor sample and I’m shocked that it was sent. Seems pretty sneaky to me and is poor customer service. If I had seen these and tried them on in the store, I would not have purchased them. The information sticker was still on the bottom of the right shoe. There were signs if wear, including stretching, which is bad for me because my feet run a little more on the narrow side, and there was a dent in the leather at the tow box that looked like somebody had dug their nail into it. I’ll be returning these. However, I really like the shoes and have re-ordered them in the same size. Fingers crossed, this pair will be new. "
