"Kind of annoying that this website doesn’t have an easy exchange process. I ended up calling to exchange but still they just placed a new order. And considering they charge plenty for shipping, the items should arrive in 3 days or less but they take over a week. That alone will not have me running back to shop at Evereve. I did speak to a very nice young lady named Katie who helped me out with everything I needed. My normal M was too big, waiting on the small."
