DON’T BUY! Deep Creases that Don’t Come Out
"Due to the fabric of this jean, there were 2 deep lines on each side as folded over twice. I was afraid to iron them as says “Dry Clean Only” so had to pay to have them dry cleaned so they could be steamed. Creases still there! The cleaner was afraid of ruining the pants when I asked her if she could try steaming again. I also had to remove the tags in order for them to be cleaned. I called Customer Service and they would not allow me to return them initially!!! However, when, I called back and complained, they did let me return them (as they were never worn and creases should have come out). I was willing to exchange if they could ship them without being folded in a long box (they aren’t cheap), but they could not. I don’t recommend buying these unless you don’t mind two deep lines across the jeans."
