"My review is based on the cost to both ship and return. There is not an option to exchange via mail. The shoes are lovely but run very small. Based on reviews I ordered a half size smaller than usual. Too small so I returned and reordered my usual size. Same fit! So I returned and reordered a half size larger. They fit ok now but definitely not loose. I did contact customer service and they nulled the shipping fee on the third pair."
