Defected Bracelet
"I’m really disappointed with my recent eNewton bracelet purchase. On February 27th, I was simply putting it on — like I always do — and it suddenly snapped. The beads went flying everywhere. I wasn’t pulling on it aggressively or doing anything unusual, so it was surprising and frustrating. What makes this more disappointing is that I own eight other eNewton bracelets that I’ve had much longer that I wear daily, and they are all still in great condition. I love the brand and have always trusted the quality, which is why this experience caught me off guard. I’m hoping this was just a rare defect, but for the price point, I expected it to last much longer than 3 months."
