"These Ugg cloggs were pre owned first of all. . it looked as if someone had them for quite a while before returning them. However, Uggs in general have fallen so far down the ladder in quality that it is a shame! I would rather pay more to have their old quality back, than to try to find a pair that are halfway decent. It’s not just this pair, or your store, as I tried to find a pair elsewhere and it proved impossible. It’s not just Uggs either. . the quality of many shoes has fallen. The only shoes so far that are consistent are Birkenstock. . I wish they made a warm winter boot but they don’t."
