"I love the quality and versatility of the sweater. It fits perfectly and looks great. However this was my first purchase with this retailer and it was disappointing. The sweater arrived with a stain. Exchange is on the way, thankfully they were still in stock. There is no exchange option on the website (isn’t this mainly an online retailer??) so I had to email. I had a two day response time (in today’s market that is too long to keep a customer) as advertised. I was happy to see they already placed the exchange order before responding, eliminating the back and forth. I might give this store another try to win my confidence."
