"The three beautiful sweaters I purchased were for three of my granddaughters. After reviewing the catalogue that was sent to me, I l went online to order when I did that and it came to the sizing. It said the model is 5‘9“ tall and wears a small. My three granddaughters are around 5 feet maybe a little under maybe a little over for each of them so I went according to your website recommendations and bought all of them smalls and of course I have a gift receipt and I went in the store to pick up the parcels and had a marvelous sales girl that took care of me gave me the boxes and gift receipts so that I could take them home to wrap them. I could see when the girls all each opened their gift. They were sanded that they were way too small. I shared with all of them it would not be a problem. The gift receipt is taped in the box. I can take it back and get a different size or get something else whatever they wanted was fine with me. I like your store. This was actually the first time I’ve been in at personally and I will probably go back mainly because the sales person that took care of me was out of this world super. However, this does not address the disappointment I had as well as my granddaughters when they opened up the packages. Therefore, if I were you, I would remove that referral of the model being 5 feet nine wearing a small because I cannot believe any one of those models we’re wearing a small so something was a mess here and it provided a lot of heartache for me personally, especially being the grandmother who likes to give a gift besides the cash that she gives to them and I chose your store this time because of the catalogue I received and liked what I seen and went on line in ordered. But I am definitely disappointed in the direction I got from your site about sizing. If someone needs to contact me for clarification on any of this, which would really be a mystery to me because I think I’ve been very direct in my experience here. My home line is 630-860-1173. I would be happy to speak to anybody that wanted to talk to me about this."

"I’ve worn this sweater a few times already since I purchased it. It fits well and I can wear with nice jeans. I like the detail on the collar. I usually wear a small or XS but decided on the XS for this one so it’s not too baggy."
