"I was glad to find a summer dress that actually covered my upper arms. I am tired of cap sleeves. This hit me right at the knee (I’m 5’3” tall). I choose to wear it without the belt as I am thicker in the middle, and narrow in hips. I just snip off the belt loops. I ended up using the fabric belt to tie around the brim of a summer sun hat. Perfect. In J. Jill dresses I often wear a size small or medium. In this dress, I wear a size large."
