Ordered these cool lots three times

"All three times I have received these coolottes, wrinkled and rolled up in a ball and shoved in to some paper. This is really quite disturbing. For the most part, I have enjoyed my purchases and have only sent one item back other than these. However if I cannot be guaranteed getting the items shipped brand new, I will refrain from purchasing. Three strikes and you are out I will not try for fourth time. I like the clothes, but not the concept that it comes directly from stores because the people that shipped them obviously don’t have any ownership to what they’re shipping."
