"I loved the shape of this shirt and would have kept it, however, the shirt I received was pilled all over. Is this normal? Or was this washed incorrectly, returned and then not caught by customer service? This wouldn’t be the first time. I have had to return sweaters with pulls, and damaged items all on MY DIME at $6.95 each. You’ve lost a customer due to poor quality control and unfair charges. Bummer."
