"Love these shorts. I have a pair of the honey color and they are my favorite shorts, so I ordered the Denim color too since I had rewards to spend. I did order one size up (29 instead of 28) because I didn’t want them to be tight and wanted to leave room for shrinkage. I am 5’4, 138 pounds, usually wear a size 6. It’s takes a few washes with trimming of the frey to make them perfect:)"

"These jean shorts were a perfect fit for me. This is unusual for me, as I am pear-shaped and often struggle to find jeans/jean shorts that have adequate room for my thighs and don't gap in the waist. The shorts are quite comfortable as they have some stretch and I really like the color/wash. Drawbacks: 1) the legs stretch more at the bottom of the legs with one wear (the butt doesn't sag though!); 2) the bottom edge produces more and sometimes lengthy threads after washing (I line-dry only), since there is no seam; 3) expensive!"
"I really like these shorts. They are casual and comfortable. I'm a true size 29/8 and they fit great. The raw hem frays too much after washing so you do have to trim or they look silly. I wish that weren't the case, but overall I really like them."

"These are a perfect medium wash. Denim is slightly soft but not too stretchy and not too stiff. I did use fraying serum to limit the fraying on the bottom. I am 5'8" 135 lbs, usually 29 but bought 27 in these."

"Nice fit and wash but like someone else mentioned the untreated raw edge is a pain. I just washed these for the first time following the instructions and they look dramatically different. I’ll need to get the raw edge treated before I wear them again. Not worth it at this price to be falling apart, there are better shorts options out there."
"These are super comfortable and would be a 5, but I’m a bit annoyed that the raw edge wasn’t treated given the cost. I washed them before wearing as I always do, following the instructions on the tag, and that cute raw edge was gone. I would have expected the edge to be pre-treated or have a diagonal stitch to preserve it a bit. Or even if I was warned on the tag I would have done it myself."
