Poor customer service
"Bought a pair of Good American black kick flare jeans. When I was he’d them according to the instructions the color streaked , waist band bunched up and hem curled up. I let Evereve know of dissatisfaction with jeans for the cost of $150 . I could not return because past the date of return. I was offered no compensation and basically told should have tried them on to make sure of fit. I found this to be rude since I did try them on. The quality was poor. I should have been offered something. I emailed the company and basically told would not honor anything since past refund policy. Evereve needs to be more like Nordstrom."
