"This is ruched on the sides and up the front of the top. It fits smaller due to this and makes it a little shorter as well. I like side ruching but not enjoying the front ruching. My true size fits but I would size up. The neckline is too high for me. Cute print, just very fitted. Not worth the Rails price to me."
