The picture makes it look cap-sleeved, but it's more in between a traditional short sleeve and a cap sleeve. I was worried about the smocking being too clingy because I am busty, so I sized up and it fits perfectly- slightly snug to show your shape/curves but not too tight. I am short-waisted, 5'4, 34D, 125 lbs."
