Very uncomfortable!

"Very uncomfortable strap! I love the look of these flats, the color is good and the style is cute going into spring, but the back strap is narrow, stiff and rubbed up and down on the back of my foot as I walked. I could tell just from wearing for a few minutes around my house that they would rub the skin on the back of my heels if I tried to wear those to work all day. The size was appropriate, it's just the way the shoe is made, the strap was going to move regardless. Sadly had to return these."
