"The shoes are too large and have caused blisters. I have worn them around the house and they became very uncomfortable. I would have liked to return them but the receipt stated that I had already missed the return window. I don't really understand the dates because the website states "Purchases made between November 3 and December 24, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in this period is eligible for return through January 11, 2026 or within 30 days, whichever is longer. " I purchased them on 12/21. Now they sit in my closet and I have waisted over $100."

"I want to love these bc they are beautiful. But the sizing is off and if I hadn’t thrown away the box I’d probably return. I got my usual size (7) and they slide off my heel. So I bought inner soles to ‘fill’ the shoe and then they are tight BUT still slide. Not sure if maybe a sock would help but I think it’s bc the shoe is very stiff. Kinda bummed bc they weren’t cheap. But they are so darn pretty"
