"So cute! I needed the zero but settled on the 2 because I really wanted it! The sales associate told me the skirt is supposed to sit on the hips so that made me ok with it being a little loose. I do wish I got the zero but I bought the skirt the day of my event I needed it for and didn’t have time to order. Also I really wanted to wear it."
