"I have asked about this at the store and also asked to be notified when it is available through this site. There is no explanation for this item to be advertised as ‘coming soon’ for this length of time. It would have been nice if you had offered your customers an explanation."
"Why would they put new merchandise on the website when it says coming soon? A week later is goes on sale and still says coming soon. Why bother putting it on, so many disappointing things that happen at Evereve with merchandise, I had a broken zipper on a pair of Paige jeans that aren't cheap and there was no compensation. I'm a long time shopper at Evereve with lots of disappointments. Stand behind your faithful messages that you send, which are amazing by the way but the outcome is disappointing."
