"This is an adorable skirt, especially paired with the matching vest. Sizing is an issue. It runs one size small compared to Evereve's size chart, so go up one size. In doing so, the waist fit, but the hips and length felt bulky. It shrank just a tad after washing and now everything feels as it should. Size up."
