"Ugh. This is one of those pieces that you have high hopes for and it shows up and you feel all the bad feels. It's so boxy, so big, so boring. It's like one of my dad's old t-shirts got tangled up in the wash and came out misshapen. It read downright frumpy on me when I was going for cool-girl chic. And what's up with your return portal? There's no mechanism for downloading a return label anymore. Please don't tell me I have to pay to return this shirt on top of the return fee you charge. WHAT?"
