"I normally do not wear stripes so this was out of my comfort zone. The material is soft in the wrap around at the waist is very flattering. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the dress itself, is that the store left the ink tag on it. I took the dress out of town with me and did not have access to a store to remove the ink tag. So I had to wear the dress with the ink tag on."

"The fabric is lightly ribbed and thicker than I expected so it conceals the lumps and bumps on thighs and butt. The fabric is also good quality and will likely hold up to washing. I like the tie in the front because it’s a little different than a typical plain T-shirt dress. It also allows the striped pattern to be at a slant so it breaks up the horizontal band cross your hips and thighs to give a narrower appearance."
