Also, the construction of the skirt was pretty crappy - seams were uneven, the smocking at the waste was not substantial at all & felt like it would fall apart. The label says it was made in China; kind of reminds me of the cheap stuff coming out of China when I was a child. Certainly not what I would expect for the price. Sadly, this will be going back."
