"I ordered both sizes 28 and 29 since I wasn't for sure and ended up keeping both! They are so comfy and the length is perfect my legs. I'm 5. 4 129lbs with hips and they fit great. They are mostly 100 percent cotton and do give as you wear them and that's why I went back and got the smaller size as well. I like the loser fit around the house for comfort and the more fitted for out and about. They were on sale and I love the darker wash."
