"Fit was frumpy! I’m 5’4” and it was not flattering on me! I’m between a 27-28 and ordered a 27 due to reviews saying it ran big and even the 27 was big. Just not for me! If you have long legs this will probably look really cute on you but for us shorter gals it did nothing!"
