It's October, my0:05favorite favorite month of fall season.0:07And if you are anything like what we've0:10been experiencing here in our0:12headquarters, it's been a little bit of0:14a fake slow start to fall. So, I am so0:17ready. The temperatures dipped this0:18morning. It is layering season. Let's0:22get to it because I know you've got a0:24ton of stuff going on and we have the0:26best pieces to sell you for it. Starting0:28with what is probably one of my favorite0:31pieces from our entire October0:33collection. This fabulous leopard coat.0:36Gang, get it. Here's the deal. You need0:39something that you can throw on over a0:41casual hoodie to make yourself feel put0:44together on that morning grocery run.0:46You need something that looks super hot0:48over a great blouse and a sleek pair of0:51jeans for night out. If you are0:53traveling this month, a statement coat0:55is one of the absolute best pieces you0:58can put into your suitcase or wear on1:00the plane because it makes every outfit1:02look intentional and put together. Done1:05and done. This one's from Sanctuary.1:07It's an amazing price. Runs true to1:09size. And it is not super heavy, gang.1:11It's more of a knit. So, that's what1:13makes it so easy and lightweight and fun1:16to wear. So, here's the deal. I'm going1:18to get rid of this guy. I'm styling it1:20back to this great Zupply hoodie. Now,1:22why I love this is it's that time of1:25year, just like in summer, when I'm1:27looking to replace all of those old1:29tired basics from last season. A hoodie1:33is one of them. I find that I wear these1:35all the time to the gym, from the gym,1:38picking up the kids, running all the1:40places, and it always goes in my1:42suitcase just in case it's going to be a1:44little bit chilly where I end up. What I1:46love about this one comes in white, but1:48also comes in this super yummy, one of1:50the two must-have colors of the season1:54burgundy. If you don't have something1:56burgundy, get it in your closet. You're1:57also going to want something chocolate,1:59but you probably already know that.2:00We're going to talk about that again.2:01Runs a little bit relaxed. I'm wearing a2:03small. Meant to be tiny bit oversized,2:05but what's great about this one is that2:07it's not super long. So easy to do. Just2:10that little half tuck, give yourself a2:11waist. I added a belt to this and I'm2:14wearing it with one of my favorite new2:15livedin jeans. So, it's denim season and2:18there are a couple of jeans you need to2:21add into that wardrobe to make sure2:23you're feeling up to speed. And one of2:25them is a great boot cut. Now, what's2:27fun about this one, this is the Ali from2:29Pola. It's a little bit more cropped. I2:32know, I know. Short legs. Barely looks2:35cropped on me. I assure you for all of2:37those out there who have more normal2:40humanized legs, unlike my child size2:43length legs, it will be more of a crop.2:46But you need a boot cut. It's leg2:48lengthening. Crazy flattering. These2:50have really nice stretch in them. If you2:52want a full length, I am a huge, huge2:55fan of that Paige Laurel Canyon. Snag2:58that one. We just got a new one in with2:59a twisted seam. But whichever way you3:01go, a boot cut is an absolute mustave.3:04The other jean I will tell you, check3:06out, watch how this changes this whole3:08look. A really clean, dark wash. Now,3:11this elevates literally any look you3:14have in your closet. And for those of3:16you that are looking for a foolproof,3:18wear it to the office jean, this one3:21does the trick for you. This is from3:23Cut. Why I love this is that really fun3:26little patch pocket. Again, great3:28stretch on this one. And this one does3:30have that contrast gold stitching which3:33I think makes it really fun to pair back3:35to couple of pieces with a little bit of3:37pop. You could also go a solid dark3:40rinse. Also very chic, but I'm kind of a3:43sucker for this one just because I think3:44it gives you a little bit of3:46personality. Now, how to wear these3:49pieces? Well, if you're going to lose3:51the hoodie, lose the jacket, but you3:53still want a great layer, here's a brand3:55new fan favorite we just got in. It's3:58kind of the season of the cardigan. So,4:01we've been in such a cycle of pullover4:03sweaters over and over again. And dare I4:05say, sweethe weather is upon us. So, why4:08not do a cardigan? Cuz it can kind of4:10act like a jacket, act like a top, wear4:12it on its own, wear it paired back.4:14Brand new at Evereve. Why I love this?4:18Feels like cashmere without any of the4:21working. So, it comes in two amazing4:23options. I love this black and neutral.4:27When I first saw this, I thought it was4:28navy and I was like, "Oh, that's so4:30pretty." But maybe like a little too4:31classic. I think the black brings a4:33little bit of edge. Or have some fun4:35with this pop of coral. Get a little4:37color into your closet. Everybody wants4:39it. You can layer this over a tea, leave4:42it open. I'm going to New York in a4:44couple weeks with my fam for a fun4:45little getaway. This is for sure coming4:48with me because I can wear it alone,4:49open it up for night out, but also throw4:52it on like over my shoulders as we're4:53walking around and getting in our 15,0004:55steps, which I have thoroughly prepared4:58my children for. And if any of you have4:59gone to New York with your kids and have5:01any secrets on how to keep everybody5:03moving when they're so tired and their5:05feet hurt, I'm all ears. I want to hear5:08what your suggestions are. Speaking of,5:11we all kind of need a great little bag,5:12right? So, here's the deal. We know5:14Claire V does that crossbody simple5:18clutch bag better than anyone. I am a5:21huge sucker for this guy because of the5:23shape. It's so lightweight. This is also5:26a really good one. You can take the5:27straps off and treat it as a clutch and5:29with those fun studs gives it a little5:32bit of interest and makes it a little5:33softer I think than if we had done this5:35in black. So suede check, studs check,5:40brown check. It's like the trifecta5:42perfection of all the trends that are5:45happening this fall season. All done in5:47a sweet little bag. Big enough to hold5:49your wallet, your keys, someone's random5:52thing that they picked up and like put5:54down and didn't want to get back from5:56you, you know, passes, whatever it might5:58be. Great little bag for that. Okay,6:02dying to know as we've like muscled our6:05way through September, back to school,6:06all the things. What does everyone have6:08on their calendar right now? I'm6:09curious. I've got a whole rack of super6:12fun stuff that I can style with you for.6:14But one of the things that I know to be6:16true is that I'm craving that just fresh6:19new cozy something in my closet.6:23And I mean, honestly, who does it better6:25than Barley? So, here is the deal. Done6:28in chocolate brown. Here's the way we're6:30updating the set this season. Number6:32one, more of a wider fluid leg with this6:34seam down the front. So crazy6:37flattering. And then taking that idea of6:40just a crew neck sweatshirt, turning it6:42on its head, more of a 3/4 zip here,6:45leaves a nice open neckline. That gold6:47hardware really adds some cool value to6:49this guy. Now, why I love this, you buy6:53the set, but you can wear it separately.6:56So, just as cute to wear these jeans,6:58with this sweatshirt, little t-shirt as7:01one. Or take this pant, pair it with the7:03hoodie, this jacket. Now, I've got a7:05whole another look. I don't have to tell7:08you how softly is. You just have to7:10touch it and feel it and fall in love7:12with it. It's one of my faves. It's a7:14must-have must get. Okay, I didn't even7:17talk about my shoes, so I got to we got7:18to take a moment for these because I7:20know many of you are just curious like7:21what's that update to that easy slide on7:24shoe. Just got these in from Sam7:26Edelman. Why I love this? Number one is7:29that like little bit wider toe box which7:31is so comfortable to walk in. This7:33tassel somehow takes that very, very7:37casual kind of clog look and brings it7:39up a notch. So, oh, how fun is this?7:42It's so cute. Love this guy. I think7:44this is another one that I'm for sure7:46going to be bringing with me on my trip7:48because it's an easy one to pop on like7:49to run out and get coffee. I know I'm7:52going to be comfortable walking in these7:53for miles, but also it's a nice7:56alternative, I think, to like your7:58traditional sneakers. So, for those of7:59you who are spending a ton of time right8:01now on the sidelines doing all the8:03cheering, this is a great shoe to have8:05by the door. Just slip it on, get out8:07the door, and you're ready to go. Okay,8:11I just celebrated with my hubs our 23rd8:15wedding anniversary, which we both were8:17like, well, clearly we're not old enough8:19to have been married for 23 years, but8:20here it is. We are. And I was craving8:22something like fun to wear out. We were8:24just going to go casual. like we just8:26wanted to go sit somewhere and talk for8:28like uninterrupted for a couple of hours8:31and then have a nice leisurely dinner8:33and then be home by 10:00 cuz that just8:35sounded good to me and to him. So that's8:37what we did. So what do you wear for a8:39night like that? Right when you're going8:40out, you're doing something kind of fun,8:42something special, but you don't feel8:43like you really need to turn it up to a8:4410. Super super elevated, but it's still8:47a night out. Okay, I've got a couple of8:49really fun options starting with yes,8:51you can wear a sweatshirt for night out8:53when the sweatshirt looks like this. So,8:56so fun. This is from Evie. What is great8:59about this is that this is a sweatshirt9:00with personality. So, little bit of a9:03drop shoulder here and the teeniest9:06tiniest bit of gathering. Doesn't add9:09volume, just adds a little bit of shape9:11to the sleeve. gunmetal studs, so they9:14almost blend in, but not so much.9:16They're totally invisible. I love this.9:19Back to a great jean. Again, let's get9:22that staple night out jean here. So fun.9:25Throw on a black booty. Great little9:27great little like animal skin like snake9:30and thinking belt done. Easy easy look.9:34This is also really fun, I think, for9:36all those neighborhood gatherings that9:38are starting or nights at school or some9:41of those fundraisers that you're going9:43to where it's outside. Maybe it's at a9:45brewery somewhere where it's just kind9:47of cash. Homecoming's kind of behind us9:49now, but I know a lot of you still have9:50parents weekends on the brain. Pack this9:53one. So easy. Such a great piece to9:56have. And then if you want to turn it up9:57a little bit or just have a little bit9:59more fun on the lower half of your look,10:02here's the deal. Get yourself a great10:04novelty jean. So, we have brought in10:07probably two or three versions of a10:09leopard jean and every single one of10:13them sells out and it sells out for good10:14reason. It's cool. It's fun. It's easy10:17to work into your closet. I mean, I'm10:19not telling you to do this cuz that10:20feels like a lot of animal. So, it is10:30more of a relaxed shape, which also I10:33think it takes this from like to a10:36little bit more sophisticated and cool.10:38How are we styling it? I14:08mean, we're it's upon us. It's14:09happening. We are here for it. And when14:13you need just a great piece to layer on14:15over whatever you're wearing, I am14:17always thinking about like kind of do14:20more than one thing for me in my closet.14:22Jackets are an investment and I want14:23them to last and I want to be able to14:24really rock and wear them. So, here's14:27the deal. You know, you love the Dawson,14:29right? That is that great kind of twofer14:31blazer. It has an inset piece that you14:33can take out, wear the blazer on its14:36own, or14:38keep that fun sweater zip piece in. The14:42quality on this for the price is14:46unbelievable. It is value, value, value14:48in this one. Multiple looks, multiple14:50ways to wear this. I I just love the14:55elevation that this kind of piece brings14:57into your closet and how surprisingly15:02versatile this is. So, here we go. Another kind of cheater acts like15:33a jacket but you know also can be a15:35blazer piece. Get it while you can. And15:38if you are not an animal girl, but you15:40still want that great statement jacket.15:42Well, here she is in this rich rich15:45blue. This is ours exclusively. Notice15:48that like it's I would call this more of15:50a moderate double breasted much like15:52this one. I don't feel like when I have15:53it open it looks weird. Doesn't get too15:55wide.
