Not like new
"Not happy about the fact that I bought this jacket in store and didn't realize until I got home one of the buttons was almost falling off. I was told by the retail store that they had someone that could fix it for me so I drove all the way there which was far to have sewn on super tight not matching the other buttons. I conveyed I was dissatisfied and she said with attitude she wasn't able to make it like the manufacture. Yet I paid full price and not only did I was it an inconvenience and waste of my time I was given zero apology or discount. I called corporate and was told they'll get back to me but never did. Terrible customer service."

"I gave it 4 stars because I had to take the jacket to my alterations place to have the buttons secured. They are a double sided buttons that required a professional to sew them. Besides that it is a great fitting jacket!!"

I am a curvy 5’6” medium build and extremely selective and picky when it comes to capsule pieces and this is one I will hope to enjoy and travel with for some time."

"Structured camel suede jacket with lining, not much give, overall works well for petites, arms are full length (a little long on petites) but they push up easily. Instantly adds a splash of style to a basic outfit! Runs slightly small, if you want a roomier fit, size up! Botton button fell off, so had cleaners sew it back on, but other than that, great transitional piece!"

"I hesitated to purchase this until it was sold out and restocked several times as I thought I could do better or wasn’t sure. Wanted a dark chocolate suede jacket with buttons—nothing else except faux available at this price! Finally pulled the trigger. Great little cropped jacket—perfect for wide legged pants. I am short waisted so fits just below hip. Not buttery soft or drapey bc of price point but good suede that will be fine. Lining is good. Button holes decently sewn. Smells like leather as it is! True to size or a bit large. 5’5” 146 lbs 56 yo w definite curves"
