Refund policy

Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a credit on an EVEREVE Gift Card or merchandise exchange. 

NOTE: Gift Cards may not be returned. All intimates are final sale, excluding bodysuits. Returns of merchandise purchased with both a gift card and another payment method, will be refunded to the gift card first, until the gift card balance is fully refunded, then any remaining refund amount will be issued to the original payment method (cash or credit card) used for the purchase.
