i'm sure for all of you last summer 01:05 we lived in our graphics and our casual 01:09 bottoms we were rocking 01:10 sweats we were being cozy because we 01:14 just 01:14 weren't doing much of anything and i 01:17 don't know about you 01:18 but that meant a whole lot less dresses 01:21 than what i 01:21 normally wear in summer season so 01:25 this summer i am all about the dress 01:28 throwing it on 01:29 getting dressed up even for casual i 01:32 just want to put on a fun dress 01:33 and my favorite dress of the season and 01:36 the one that we are the most 01:37 excited about hands down is the modern 01:40 boho dress so what does this mean this 01:44 means a fabulous dress with some 01:47 incredible 01:48 movement but still some great defining 01:52 shape i think that is a tricky thing to 01:55 find these days i don't know about you 01:58 but i've been seeing some funny memes 01:59 out there about all of the kind of 02:01 oversized house stress situations that 02:04 are happening 02:05 and what i love about the assortment 02:07 that we have today 02:09 in our stores and online is that these 02:11 dresses give you 02:12 some shape but still touch on that kind 02:14 of fun bohemian feel 02:16 including the dress i have on so this is 02:18 the rory dress 02:20 from z supply the reason i love it it's 02:22 a knit which means that it's super easy 02:25 to throw into a suitcase 02:27 bring it up to the cabin knock around 02:29 all day 02:30 i would even wear this for a baseball 02:32 game because let's be honest 02:34 i am living baseball season right now 02:37 but what's so fun about this dress is 02:39 you can dress it up so 02:41 i'm wearing it in this great little kind 02:42 of olive color 02:44 i like it because it's not super super 02:47 green has that kind of greenish brown 02:49 going on which i think feels fresh and 02:51 fun for summer it also comes though 02:54 in this yummy yummy charcoal gray 02:57 so this is almost showing kind of blue 02:59 on screen 03:00 trust me it's a little bit more gray 03:02 than blue this is a little bit more 03:04 brown than green 03:07 work with me folks you can see it online 03:09 but 03:10 really really easy to wear now why do we 03:12 love this guy a couple things number one 03:14 adjustable spaghetti straps so kind of 03:16 depending on where you want it to hit 03:19 and also how tall you are this is an 03:21 easy one to adjust now i 03:23 have it hitting just a tiny bit higher 03:26 and honestly it's because of my height 03:28 so if you are a long legged mama this is 03:31 an amazing dress for you 03:32 because your gams are just going to 03:35 stretch out underneath that maxi length 03:37 i am a little bit shorter so on me i 03:40 pulled that cami strip up just a little 03:41 bit 03:42 just to give me more of a true ankle 03:44 length 03:45 but at 86 dollars this is such an 03:48 incredible price for a summer dress and 03:51 just a fun one to throw on 03:52 and i don't know i was just traveling 03:56 uh last week two weeks ago and it was 04:00 so darn hot and it reminded me of what 04:02 summer really feels like 04:04 and one thing i just love and about you 04:06 gang is a nice breezy dress 04:08 this one has a lot of room to move 04:11 catch a little breeze not so hot almost 04:14 like one of those dresses that's like 04:15 touching you not touching 04:17 so that modern boho dress defined by 04:20 a little bit more waist amazing tearing 04:23 and of course that like nod to the 04:24 bohemian shape so 04:26 this is one of my favorites another 04:28 great dress that i think has 04:30 even a little bit more shape and a tiny 04:33 bit more coverage 04:35 on the arms is the malibu dress from 04:38 sundry 04:39 so this is a perennial favorite you guys 04:42 know this dress 04:44 love this guy i know here come all the 04:45 hearts because we live in this dress 04:47 right so 04:48 the difference between the rory and the 04:50 malibu let's walk it through 04:51 number one racer back this guy has more 04:54 of a spaghetti strap back 04:56 number two a scoop neck versus more of 04:58 this kind of what i call an apron style 05:00 front 05:01 so you get a little bit more peekaboo on 05:03 your chest if you are busty this is 05:05 actually a really really lovely neckline 05:07 for you 05:08 a little bit more petite this is a great 05:10 neckline for you 05:11 now this has more of a true kind of 05:14 empire 05:15 high empire waist definition so you're 05:18 going to get that gathering 05:19 it's going to hit you a little higher 05:21 than your natural waist but 05:23 definitely nips you in this guy is a 05:25 little bit what i would call more of a 05:26 grace 05:27 this one is more of a fitted shape you 05:30 still have that 05:31 amazing tearing and this is more of a 05:33 midi length whereas i think the rory is 05:35 more of a maxi 05:36 now you know this guy comes in the 05:38 charcoal this one 05:40 my favorite malibu comes in a bunch of 05:42 yummy colors so 05:43 this brand new kind of slate blue that 05:46 we just got in that i think is 05:47 so darn pretty yummy yummy tie-dye 05:52 and then this beautiful kind of washed 05:54 down coral so if you are not a bright 05:56 gal you don't love all that color i'm 05:59 going to challenge you to try this one 06:01 because 06:01 it's such a like pretty version of coral 06:04 we call it terra cotta 06:06 but it doesn't have that like really 06:08 dark rich terracotta feel to it it's 06:10 kind of a washed down version 06:12 so touches on that summer brights i know 06:14 that people were asking ash on monday 06:16 when are the colors coming 06:18 here's a really fun color to pop into 06:20 your closet love that malibu this is 06:22 only 06:23 every so a really fun one to have on
