and a somewhat return to normalcy so 01:18 when i look at august i'm always a 01:19 little stumped is it fall 01:21 is it summer is it fall 01:25 what what do we do with this month it is 01:27 the epitome of a transition 01:29 month getting ready for all the things 01:32 and so i'm 01:33 always looking for pieces that are just 01:34 easy to throw on mix and match 01:37 with the things that i have in my closet 01:38 that i've been wearing like crazy all 01:40 summer 01:41 but also some sneak peeks into fall so 01:43 we're going to do a quick 01:44 little peek at some really fun pieces 01:47 today it's going to be about animal 01:49 print 01:50 because it's an easy transition print to 01:52 wear 01:53 the jeans that everybody needs if you 01:55 haven't gotten yourself a new pair of 01:56 jeans yet and then some 01:58 amazing new drops that i cannot wait to 02:01 tell you about it's going to be a drum 02:02 roll moment so 02:03 let's start with animal easy easy easy 02:07 gang 02:08 lightweight fabrications a fun 02:10 transitional print it works literally 02:11 any time of year 02:13 so i threw this look together because 02:15 this to me is that 02:16 kind of perfect get me out the door for 02:20 maybe a casual date night or if you were 02:22 like me continuing to battle that 02:24 ac and don't know quite what to do about 02:26 it a tank 02:28 a jean and a fun new shoe so 02:31 new chaser ruffle tee this guy 02:34 is ribbed i absolutely love that it's in 02:36 this yummy creamy color so it still 02:39 feels really high summer but with that 02:42 hit of gray 02:44 starting just starting to transition us 02:47 into fall season 02:48 now flutter sleeve i love this because 02:50 it's like a tank with a little bit more 02:52 coverage 02:52 and it's not so much volume that i feel 02:54 like i'm getting swallowed up now i have 02:56 tucked this puppy 02:58 easy to full tuck but it's also a really 03:00 great tee because it's 03:02 not too long not too short little 03:03 goldilocks situation here 03:05 i did a half tuck because i am wearing 03:09 the jean you've got to get now we talked 03:12 about this jean 03:13 last winter but i know many of us were 03:15 still not on board with denim 03:17 quite yet so we've gotten you there all 03:20 summer long right we've been wearing our 03:22 a goldie parkers be they long be they 03:24 short but we've been loving them well 03:26 this 03:26 is the jean version of the parker this 03:29 is the riley 03:30 a goldie in that whiplash wash 03:34 that you've been loving in the short 03:36 done in a jean now five foot 03:38 four of me all five foot for me with my 03:41 shorty shorty legs i find this jean to 03:43 be a teeny tiny bit long 03:45 everyone else out there in the world who 03:47 has 03:48 longer legs than me which there are many 03:50 many many many many of you 03:52 this is going to be a true ankle length 03:54 when i wear this jean i just do a simple 03:56 little 03:57 like short cuff pop it on like that now 04:00 i have it paired back to 04:03 a shoe that i have to say i'm kind of 04:05 pumped about now some of you this is 04:07 going to be a full circle moment 04:09 you might remember when a shoe like this 04:11 was a thing 04:12 i remember when a shoe like this was a 04:14 thing and i remember 04:16 that i couldn't get it couldn't save up 04:18 enough allowance to buy this for myself 04:20 wanted it for my back to school moment 04:23 and it just wasn't gonna happen 04:24 well guess what dreams come true i get 04:26 to have it this time around 04:28 i absolutely love it this is like a 04:29 perfect blend 04:31 of a sneaker and a loafer if you didn't 04:34 catch my stories last weekend 04:36 talked a little bit about some fall 04:38 transitional footwear 04:39 and one of the shoes that we're 04:40 absolutely loving is a loafer with a 04:42 little bit more of a lug sole bottom and 04:44 what i think is fun about that and what 04:46 i talked about is not taking 04:48 itself too seriously i'd say this guy is 04:51 the same exact boat it's from dolce vita 04:54 crazy comfortable in this fun white 04:56 gives me some height which i 04:58 love and then they've got great little 05:01 lug 05:02 sole which is so so easy to walk in 05:05 such a fun one it's kind of like a 05:07 sneaker kind of like a loafer 05:09 a whole lot of fun in it just absolutely can i 05:46 wear it can i network today and i chose 05:48 this flutter seat because i 05:49 i know i just i liked the white base of 05:51 it but i think this guy is so 05:53 nummy yummy is this new top from chaser 05:57 now this 05:57 is a hint back to that great muscle 06:01 tea tank silhouette that we've been 06:03 talking about all summer long 06:05 i love it because it gives it a little 06:07 bit more coverage on the sleeve 06:09 in this yummy blue back to gray i think 06:12 is so fantastic 06:14 easy to wear again really killer with 06:16
