0:01hi everyone good morning good morning I0:04am hot off the plane from our Believe It0:07or Not May catalog shoot in Palm0:11Springs it was beautiful I cannot wait0:14for you to see it but before we jump all0:17the way ahead to what's going to be0:20happening this summer let's talk about0:21what's happening right now our February0:23catalog just dropped and it is the sneak0:26preview of all of the amazing trends0:29that are coming coming your way this0:32spring season so I'm going to run0:34through some of my favorites starting0:37with the ladylike update in layers red0:41and blue for a really saturated fun0:43colourpop polka dot we've got some fun0:47night out pieces reworked Denim and some0:51amazing new things happening in shoes0:53specifically sper is back I'm so curious0:57to know what you are into this spring0:59season whether it's something I just1:01nodded to or something that's on your1:03mind let me know and we can make sure we1:06address it today okay so let's talk1:08about rework denim to begin with this is1:11the freshest newest thing to happen to1:14Denim and I'm going to gather quite a1:16while and what is it rework denim is1:19really all about piecing details mixing1:23and mashing washes and here is how it's1:26coming to life in this amazing good1:28American Jean this is the good waist1:31they call this the tuck stripe why I1:33love it it's actually not really a piece1:36it's actually a piece that's not as it's1:40like remained the overdyed saturation so1:43you get the super cool detail here raw1:46ham and that amazing fit on the good1:48waist true to size on this one so I am1:51wearing a1:52427 feels perfect on you know good1:55American has a ton of stretch now here's1:58how we're having some fun with this I'm1:59going going with kind of one of those2:01trends that we were hearing a lot about2:03making it feel more monochromatic and I2:06think this is one of the easiest ways2:08you can dip your toe into this trend is2:10wearing blue back to Denim this is one2:13of my favorite sweaters from everie more2:16of a 3/4 sleeve comes in this great Navy2:19as well as cream but I want to add a2:21little bit of edge so here's where the2:23accessories come into play you know our2:25montra this season when in doubt add a2:27belt I'm adding one with a little bit of2:30Edge I love the stutting on this it2:32makes it feel interesting and fresh and2:34then this great little flat from shuts2:38it is more of a mesh detail I love this2:41guys so little bit of coverage for the2:44feet but kind of nods to Spring and2:47feels kind of a little bit sexy when you2:49get that kind of seethrough effect going2:51on so really really fun look we're kind2:54of mixing up a whole bunch of the trends2:55here belts and monochromatic and that2:57great rework denim couple other options3:00in that denim that I just want to shut3:02out because they're so fun great pair3:05from cut this is a little bit of a spin3:08on that barrish more relaxed silhouette3:11but what makes this so cool is the3:12piecings I'm going to bring it in so you3:14can see it I love that wider piece3:17that's in there again helps to give it3:19some shape and with that little knee3:20Dart that's where that relaxed3:22silhouette comes in again what I am3:25loving about this more Barrel Trend that3:28I think makes it so much easier and more3:31flattering to wear than that typical3:33boyfriend Jean is it's all about the3:35waist with that higher rise it really3:38nips you in this is a great excuse to3:40tuck something in and yes you know what3:42I'm going to say add a belt other great3:46ways to do the rework Trend you can go3:48Simple and Clean with a great cuff this3:51is from um cut from the cloth I love3:55this because it's pre-cued for you super3:57easy lots of questions about where that3:59cuff should good hit when it's a wider4:01cuff like this I do like it to be4:03hitting a little bit at the ankle or a4:06little above when we're talking about a4:08thinner cuff that's when I think it4:10looks great when it's more of a like4:11dust your floor length you can also take4:15bestselling fan favorite hands down4:18silhouette the Anessa from paig and4:20here's some great weor detail here in4:23the pockets Uber flattering Ultra4:26stretchy this is more of a wide crop a4:28fun one to pop4:32okay so let's talk ladylike CU I even4:34think the sweater that I'm wearing today4:36kind of nods that lady like Trend we4:38were all over this for fall in those4:40great more typical Blazer Silhouettes4:43what's really fun about what's happening4:45this season is that things are moving4:47more into the sweater category and it4:49feels a touch more relaxed and one of4:51the ways I'm loving styling this is4:54actually open so wonderful sweater from4:58splendid this is in our catalog and has5:01been a huge huge hit right out of the5:04gate now what I love about it lots of5:06texture in this Sky lady leg details in5:10the packet in that slightly shorter crop5:13silhouette but unexpected when you pop5:16in this great bright Citron or this fun5:19Valentine's Day around the corner pink5:22love love love this guy now I'm styling5:25this wearing it more open so like a5:27traditional cardigan but you've got that5:28ladylike silhouette5:30and when we talk about styling like that5:32you need a great piece5:34underneath that's where the Harrison tea5:36comes in this is a rund don't walk stock5:39up on this this is the short sleeve5:42sister of the LNA Jones tank which you5:46also love now in a te so what makes this5:49so great shorter sleeve slightly open5:52neckline rib silhouette so it will skim5:55but not cling the body it is the perfect5:58layering piece as we go into what we all6:01hope will be slightly warmer weather now6:05that Dawson Blazer that is always always6:07such a bestseller is updated and fresh6:10and taking on that ladylike slant what6:13makes this so fun is that zip in hoodie6:16and the ladylike details and check it6:18out gang it is a niche but this one has6:20a little bit more structure so to me6:23this is the perfect kind of6:25unexpected Monday through Friday work6:28hours kind of look but also looks6:30amazing with a tea and a jean and a6:33sneaker or a flat paired with it so fun6:37okay it's about this time of year when I6:40start to Crave color please let me not6:44wear my neutrals every single day for6:46just a minute and bring a little life to6:48this face and that is where red and blue6:51comes in and we're not talking about6:53just Navy we're talking about all the6:55shades and we're also talking about kind6:57of mixing and matching it and having6:59some fun with color blocking so one of7:01my favorite pieces I'm going to pull out7:02some red first this great kind of Nod to7:06nautical stripe sweater from evereve7:08what's so fun about this is the knit7:10you've got actually this kind of open7:13weave stripe running vertically as well7:17as this red and cream stripe running7:19horizontally how fun is this super super7:22soft and look at that great detail on7:24the sleeve with the gold buttons how7:26cute is that love this guy just paired7:29back to a great little Jean you could7:30absolutely wear it with this rework7:32Denim and be7:34done if you want to go more casual with7:36a layer then grab this fabulous7:39sweatshirt this actually comes in two7:41colors this great red as well as a7:43really really pale powder blue which is7:46so so pretty what I like about this I7:49number one I love the relaxed sleeve on7:50this the kind of rib here so you get7:52that drop shoulder and I like that this7:55is not a banded bottom I think that7:56always kind of elevates sweatshirts a7:59little bit when you don't have that band8:01on the bottom you can do a half tuck you8:03could even do a full tuck I also love8:05this layer so if you were looking for8:07something to pop underneath I've got the8:10perfect shirt for you if you caught my8:12stories last weekend talked about this8:15guy it's a really fun new way to do8:19shirting so this doesn't need to be8:22stiff it doesn't need to be formal and8:24yes it absolutely can be layered no fuss8:27no mus with the tucking which makes it8:28so great8:30why I love this shirt a couple reasons8:32number one is that it's a little bit8:34more of a boxy silhouette and because8:36it's shorter you don't have to worry8:38about tucking it in also has a8:41pre-rolled cuff for you so for those of8:43you that kind of fuss with all that8:45rolling we've got a button on here that8:47does the trick for you it comes in this8:49beautiful pin strape blue but also in a8:52great8:53neutral another piece you could wear8:56over that that I'm Gaga for is this8:58fabulous jacket from Splendid so raw hem9:03detail on this one double breasted but9:05still looks really cool open so9:08sometimes double breasted um jackets can9:10feel a little intimidating like oh do I9:12have to have it buttoned up does it feel9:13too formal is it fussy no this is a knit9:16guys it's a sweatshirt like it could not9:19be easier coming from um LA and Palm9:22Spring blast week where I always feel9:24like in the morning I need to dress for9:25the cold or the chill and then by9:28afternoon that sun's out this is a piece9:30I'm going to absolutely grab it's the9:32perfect layer for this time of year and9:35you can kind of dress it up so if you9:37need a great look for that 9 to 5 hours9:41that still feels comfy perfect cheater9:49piece oh gang these jeans are amazing so9:51this is the good waist tux Stripe from9:54good American I am wearing a 427 which9:57is my true size lots of stretch in this10:00one really really comfy raw hem I10:05am I am always surprised and I think I10:08say this every time I wear a good10:09American on live I am always Blown Away10:13by how much they nail their fit it is10:17just about the perfect waist enough room10:20in the thigh lots of stretch but doesn't10:23feel gummy it really feels like real10:25denim which is why I absolutely love it10:27and this tuck stripe down here here for10:29this rework denim trend is so on spot10:33love this one okay a top you could wear10:37with these jeans that would be so cute10:38in this great red and blue trend is this10:41beautiful blouse from ever so I know10:43many of you are sneaking and wanting to10:45get away this is your perfect little10:47getaway blouse and what's so fun about10:49this cotton hand to it so really soft10:53kind of a nod to Bohemian almost feels10:55like an abstract tie dye feels fresh10:59with these jeans but also would be11:01beautiful with a pair of white denim if11:04you want to kind of ride that spring11:06wave and with that little bit of a11:08ruffle I just love that gives you a11:09little bit of coverage on the shoulder11:11but not so11:12much and then last but not least for11:15those of you that are absolutely in11:17warmer weather are getting away are11:19planning ahead bless you for those of11:22you who do that I am you are always11:24going to be someone I admire this11:26gorgeous poplin dress from from every11:30okay number one it's got pockets which11:32we all know makes a dress like 1,000%11:35better what is stunning about this is11:38that eyelid detail both on the sleeve as11:41well as on the Hem more of a shirt dress11:43styling so open it up a little bit and11:45it's got this great elasticized tie11:48waist so you can really cinch it notice11:50I pop the collar I'd open up that button11:53like one or two more probably show a11:55little bit of skin on this one11:58absolutely a stun this was one of my12:00favorite looks from our February catalog12:02you will absolutely adore this I mean12:05how beautiful is this gang like just oh12:09stunning stunning stunning12:11okay another fun Trend that's happening12:13in this like little micro way but we're12:16loving it so much we have to talk about12:18it is polka dots so I'm going to start12:21with the piece that I think would be12:23perfect for vday because it's got a12:25little bit of sheerness to that sleeve12:28more of a romantic fit don't have to12:30tuck this one in because it has that12:32balloon bottom and a beautiful beautiful12:35v-neck that actually has some elasticize12:38detail here so it really flatters the12:41neckline from every double line so it's12:44not sheer in the body just in the arms12:47so so fun and playful but still a little12:50bit sexy you can do it in this great12:53twer dress which also comes in a solid12:56cream I am a sucker for this polka dot12:59skirt along with this great cotton knit13:01sweater top short sleeve it's going to13:04actually be more of a drop shoulder so13:06it's going to hit you kind of right at13:08your elbow and of course that great slit13:11so wear it now with a pair of boots wear13:14it later with a little flat a sandal13:17really fun one to grab and if you want13:20just a touch just a touch of polka dot13:23this scarf is so fun now we are entering13:28the scarf era don't be afraid I know we13:33all wore it I remember I used to tie one13:35around my neck in college to go out did13:39I really do that I did okay well Lessons13:43Learned we're going to do it a new way13:45this time around what's so fun about13:46this is think of scarves more as13:49bandanas because that's really how we're13:51styling them tie it around your neck to13:53a point do a little French knot on it13:57this one is actually big enough gang13:59that you can fold it roll it down and14:01actually wear it as a belt I love this14:04kind of bandana detail but the polka dot14:06in the center and in black and white14:08it's so graphic so fun really really14:10great one question yes um can you show14:14them a way to style it I knew you were14:16going to ask this and it's so hard to do14:18it without like looking at yourself in14:21the mirror so I'm going to try let's see14:26I knew you were going to ask you14:27stinkers14:29so it's like a styling challenge because14:31you know I don't have a mirror I'm just14:33like looking at the backside of a iPhone14:36so you guys just have to bear them with14:38me so I think the easiest way to do it14:41honestly is to just do like a simple14:44handkerchief14:46tie which if I again if I had a mirror I14:50could see a little better14:52but tie it Loose kind of around your14:55neck let it come to a point it does not14:58need to be perfect this this is about a14:59really relaxed easy way to style this15:02I'm looking does it look okay okay all15:03right good okay so this is an easy easy15:06way to do it another fun way to bring15:08this actually into your closet if you're15:11a little bit gunshy3115:27[Music]15:30tie it up like roll it up a little bit15:32more so it's a little more one piece I'm15:35going to take it15:36here Loop it through the15:43strap do a little knot on it let it hang15:47down I think that's like oh me just scarf handy another16:03way to style this of course is as a belt16:05which I'm not going to take this belt16:06off but I think that's a really also fun16:08way to kind of accent and style it so16:10lots of ways to this I've also seen16:12people style in their hair which is so16:14dang cute and if I had my hair in a pony16:15I would do it so tying it over your16:18ponytail and letting the ends hang down16:20another really Chic way to style also16:23can we just take a moment for how cute16:25this CLA V bag is and I know that I was16:26talking about being in Paris and the16:29this is in
