inside out so 00:18 today i'm here to talk to you about 00:20 sweaters i have to be honest with you i 00:23 love the summer weather but there's a 00:25 piece of me girl that is just craving a 00:28 fall wardrobe i can't even so 00:31 in the stores and online we started to 00:33 trickle in on some really fun fall items 00:36 we're going to talk about the sweater 00:37 and how we can kind of transition from 00:39 summer into fall okay 00:41 all right so we're going to start off 00:43 with this phenomenal hot pink sweater 00:46 from french connection it's called the 00:48 luna um here's why i think it's a good 00:50 transitional piece first of all she's a 00:53 short sleeve okay 00:54 she is a simple neck so you don't have a 00:57 turtleneck going on yet you don't have 00:59 long sleeves going on yet she also is a 01:01 little bit looser wider weave 01:04 so when you put her on she's still very 01:06 breathable okay it's nothing that's 01:07 really going to be too tight um and 01:10 she's real loose now typically i would 01:12 do like an extra small in a sweater i 01:14 went up to a small because i kind of 01:16 wanted a more casual feel 01:18 so it kind of depends you welcome to 01:19 stay true to size but for the styling 01:21 purposes i kind of wanted to go up a 01:23 little keep it kind of loose 01:24 now she does run a little more of a crop 01:28 okay for a sweater so because of that 01:30 and we've talked about this before if we 01:31 have a little more crop sweater at my 01:33 age then i like to pair it with a jean 01:36 that has a little bit higher rise so 01:38 these are the nico high rise from a 01:40 goldie um kind of a little bit lighter 01:43 wash again just a little bit of 01:44 distressing on the bottom but other than 01:46 that they're very clean so 01:49 sometimes i like a little bit of 01:50 distressing but again at my age i kind 01:52 of like a nice clean look nothing that's 01:55 too shredded and then keeping it casual 01:57 have these fun p448s on you guys these 02:01 just look like a nice little basic white 02:03 sneaker that goes with everything it's 02:05 got a little fun to it are you ready 02:07 look at the soles are you kidding me 02:09 so fun with the pink and then you know 02:12 with jewelry that's always kind of how i 02:14 top things off because i'm keeping a 02:16 little more casual i did a fun little 02:18 necklace here and it's a double layer 02:20 okay so it's one necklace but two layers 02:22 has a little bit of a um 02:24 lightning bolt on it but because i have 02:26 the double layer and i'm keeping it 02:28 casual i don't necessarily feel like i 02:30 have to go heavy on bracelets or heavy 02:32 on earrings i just did the double 02:33 necklace kept it real simple okay 02:36 that's look number one for sweaters i'll 02:39 be back with look number two 02:40 okay i'm back with look number two for 02:43 the sweaters 02:44 okay so as weather starts turning okay 02:47 and we maybe do lean towards i could use 02:50 a long sleeve sweater this is my go-to 02:52 for this year comes in three different 02:54 colors okay i'm going to show you 02:56 i'm wearing i'm wearing the cream 02:58 obviously it also comes in kind of this 03:00 pale pink this is the cream that i have 03:02 on 03:03 and then it also comes in black like the 03:06 staple that you need in your closet is 03:08 this one it's called the finley pullover 03:11 by five two five let me set these aside 03:14 um it's got a little puff sleeve which 03:17 i'm still obsessed with okay we started 03:18 these last year these little puff 03:20 sleeves and now they're so fun you can 03:21 find them everywhere not just in 03:22 t-shirts but in sweaters okay and it has 03:25 a little bit of a blousing here and then 03:28 um comes to a nice little rib here right 03:29 around your wrist now you know my trick 03:32 because i'm a tall girl 03:34 if i'm showing a little bit of my ankle 03:36 i want to show a little bit of my wrist 03:37 so i always kind of pull them up a 03:38 little bit and i also like to when you 03:40 do that it kind of accentuates um kind 03:42 of that little balloon sleeve that we 03:43 have going on so anyways nice little 03:46 like um ribbing here on the along the 03:48 collar and it go a little on the banding 03:50 here which you know i like a little 03:51 banding here because then it kind of 03:54 gives a little bit of um 03:55 room here for the things that we want to 03:58 not show um anyway so that's for the 04:00 sweater and then i paired it with these 04:02 fun camo pants camo is a staple okay 04:06 we've talked about this probably in the 04:07 past but i want to bring it up again 04:09 it's a staple in your closet it is a 04:12 neutral okay so you can easily pair it 04:15 with 04:16 any any other color any other den you 04:18 can do denim tops anything with these so 04:21 you always want a pair of these in your 04:22 closet these are by cut from the cloth 04:24 um they are a wreath so those of you 04:26 that are familiar with the different 04:27 cuts with cut by the cloth you know that 04:29 a wreath runs a little bit higher and 04:31 again for my age i like that little bit 04:33 of a high rise because it keeps 04:35 everything in 04:36 and then the fun detailing that i love 04:38 about this is it's got this fun little 04:39 zipper on the side just a little detail 04:41 which i love and then are you kidding me 04:44 with these shoes dolce vita 04:46 sherpa slides i'm going to take these 04:48 off so i can show them to you a little 04:49 bit closer look at this sheer bra right 04:52 on there and it has this fun heavy 04:54 silver chain right across it easy on 04:57 easy off um now again when it comes to 05:00 jewelry and again we've talked about 05:01 this before 05:02 if there's a heavier metal on your shoe 05:04 i try to go with a thicker a little bit 05:06 heavier weight of accent jewelry okay 05:09 silver on there i went with silver 05:11 jewelry so my earring is a little bit 05:13 thicker um silver hoop just a basic and 05:16 then a little bit thicker um ring look 05:19 how fun that is it looks like they're 05:20 all stacked but it's actually just one 05:22 ring so fun so 05:24 that was look number two for the 05:25 sweaters i'll be right back with look 05:27 number three okay i'm back with look 05:30 three for the sweaters 05:31 and i have a habit as we've talked 05:32 before saving my favorite till the last 05:35 i'm obsessed with this outfit okay so 05:37 first of all we're going to start with 05:38 the top this is a sweater by john and 05:41 jen it's called the ulta pullover 05:45 if you remember this the first sweater 05:46 that i tried on that i said was such a 05:48 great transition um because of the wider 05:50 weave this is the same way okay so it's 05:53 not going to be super it's not of a 05:55 tight weave where it's really going to 05:56 hug you in it's a little bit looser so 05:58 it's still going to keep a little bit of 06:00 breeze going through as we transition 06:02 from summer into fall okay now this also 06:05 is this i i would pair this with a 06:09 obviously a trouser jean like i have on 06:11 we'll get to that um but when i have a 06:14 more wide leg pant 06:16 i want a sweater that's going to fit a 06:17 little bit 06:18 more 06:20 i don't know tighter is the word it's 06:22 just a little more slimming okay so when
