#html-body [data-pb-style=EHQXOMR]{justify-content:flex-start;display:flex;flex-direction:column;background-position:left top;background-size:cover;background-repeat:no-repeat;background-attachment:scroll}0:00[Music]0:10hello everyone we are back for style and0:12motion and I am so excited to be with0:14you all it is June and that means that0:17later this month I will get behind the0:19starting blocks in Minneapolis for0:21paralympic swimming trials and fight to0:23punch my ticket to Paris for what will0:25become my fourth paralympic games this0:28summer brings so many things my husband0:30and I co-directed and produced a feature0:33documentary titled Watershed which0:36features our journey through the process0:39to Tokyo but also our journey most0:41importantly to our daughter Charlotte as0:43we shared our journey through IVF with0:45the world and now we are in this season0:48of excitement as we bring groups0:49together and get to have these beautiful0:51evenings of impact as we talk about the0:53conversation of watershed and all that0:56it's brought to this world and with that0:57it always means I need something to wear1:01so are you with me so here's where we're1:03going we are going white acrew utility1:07pants I love the color white acrew is1:10very much on trend for the summer it's1:12kind of that soft white that brings in a1:14little bit of color within the palette1:17but then utility pant which softens it1:19up and gives a little casual Vibe but1:21then dressing it up with this beautiful1:24blouse I'm loving the stripes stripes1:27are a moment for summer and I love the1:29ability to kind of bring in blousing to1:31always dress things up when you need so1:33you can really have that balance between1:35the Casual feel but yet elevating it1:38with that blouse detail and of course a1:41belt I love finding ways to bring in a1:43waist liner and so bringing a belt in1:46and really having the ability to play1:47with it as you wish which is the1:49beautiful nature of these woven belts is1:52so fun and it would not be a game summer1:55if there were not gold accents so gold1:57hoops hear me out but of of course throw2:00on a pair of sandals whatever you please2:02for me it will be gold accents because2:05again as I shared it is a game summer2:08and this mama is fighting to defend that2:09gold medal in Paris I so appreciate all2:12of the support every time we do a style2:14of motion I feel the love I cannot wait2:17to see you all next time maybe we'll2:19have a few more gold accessories to add2:23and until then have a beautiful summer2:25with your families and enjoy2:30
